  • Answers questions from prospective applicants, reviews applications and recommends candidates to interview based on a checklist/match requirements.
  • Onboards new joiners, e.g., with respect to orientation, housing, our client’ s systems, paperwork, trainee manual, training programs.
  • Communicates with internal departments and external groups, e.g., other hospitals in connection with rotating/joint programs.
  • Coordinates semi-annual and annual review processes.
  • Coordinates/arranges interviews with the candidate and faculty.
  • Responsible for events planning logistics, e.g., graduation, parties, lectures, etc.
  • Collects information on funding sources for trainee salaries.
  • Administers accreditation processes by collating documents, submitting timely information, monitoring overall progress and compliance.
  • Manages database of paperwork/documentation to provide information to program leadership to develop action items.
  • Updates policies and ACGME website.
  • Prepares materials for site visits and serves as a key representative of our client.
  • Collects information and advises trainees on visa and licensure requirements.
