Channel Marketing Manager, B2B/B2C (T-Mobile Carrier)
We're in search of an exceptional Channel Marketing Manager (CMM) with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a fervor for learning to join our high-performance channel marketing team. To thrive in this role, you should have experience in managing and developing marketing communication programs, ideally within the mobile telecommunications field. This position is distinct from brand marketing; it is a focused, lower-funnel channel-specific role dedicated to serving the T-Mobile account, with a primary emphasis on driving impactful sales performance at the account level.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to build and manage programs supporting product launches in Business and Consumer channels, ensuring ongoing sell-out.
• Play a key role in developing Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, strategies, and end-to-end marketing program execution for product launches.
• Improve existing GTM processes and enhance Digital, CRM, Media, and Retail programs through creative thinking, strategic insights and proactive recommendations for enhancement.
• Work as a partner with Account Sales and Business Sales teams, contributing to priority market understanding, customer segment marketing, and pursuing new solutions with T-Mobile.
• Attend frequent customer-facing meetings, supporting priorities while interfacing with T-Mobile's Business and Consumer arms.
Requirements:
• Positive, cooperative, and proactive mindset within the T-Mobile account Marketing Team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with executive oversight, both independently and collaboratively.
• Competency in oral and written communication at various seniority levels, fostering relationships internally at and externally with T-Mobile.
• Superior planning and project management skills, including creating plans, schedules/calendars, objectives, promotional materials, and managing budgets for Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
• Negotiation skills for short-term operational/tactical or limited strategic issues on behalf of the account team.
• Manage and lead B2B GTM readiness meetings, GTM trackers, and communicate GTM status to account team leadership.
• Oversee demand generation marketing programs for both Consumer and B2B verticals, driving awareness and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with business planning and finance partners to secure funding for new marketing programs, and conducting performance tracking and ROI analysis of in-market and completed programs.
• Manage budgets, analyze campaign data, and provide executive summaries highlighting progress, KPIs, competitive analysis, lessons learned, and go-forward recommendations.
• Contribute to PowerPoint slide preparation for marketing and product launch storytelling.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field from an accredited college or university AND 5-7 years experience working in a channel marketing, product marketing, or related function serving a sales organization - or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized/detail oriented in mindset and in practice.
• Polished and effective verbal and written skills.
• Proven experience building and managing marketing programs that drive sales growth.
• Proven experience leading meetings, organizing people and processes around a common goal.
• Ability to ideate new concepts and creative problem solve.
• Above average Microsoft Office skills with focus on PowerPoint presentations.
• Budget management and Excel proficiency.
• Must be able to write, read, analyze, interpret, present, and explain mobile device technical product specifications when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business or related field from an accredited college or university AND 8+ years experience working in a channel marketing, product marketing, or related function serving a sales organization.
• Experience in the mobile telecom industry.
• Experience in marketing to or selling to both Consumer and Business customers.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
Physical/ Mental Demands and Conditions
• Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 90% of work time.
• Minimal travel required for customer meetings and events (0-10%)
• Physically develop marketing presentations or demonstrations to customers and internal and external groups using written and verbal communication skills accompanied by PowerPoint.
