ektello is partnering with a global retail client to find a professional for their Clarity admin and FP&A support role. This is a remote, W2 contract that includes PTO, paid holidays, medical, and 401k benefit options. This role does required folks that can work PST hours.
1. Clarity Software Support:
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide administrative support related to Clarity software.
- Assist users with Clarity-related inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they encounter.
- Annually create new projects in Clarity and close projects that have completed in the prior year.
- Ensure data accuracy by maintaining and updating information within the Project Clarity system.
2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Review forecast monthly with technical team to ensure current trends are accurately forecasted and supported.
- Prepare, analyze, and present ad-hoc financial reports using Clarity data.
- Track and manage annual forecasts, aligning them with the budget.
3. Purchase Requests and Accounting:
- Review and monitor purchase requests, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
- Handle accounting documents related to procurement transactions.
4. Software Proficiency:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word software.
- Familiarity with reporting software will be beneficial in managing Clarity data.
