Responsibilities
  • Supporting our client’ s global compensation Job Architecture project, perform job evaluations using the Aon JobLink™ Tool. 
  • Evaluating, streamlining, and documenting career paths for each job family/team within our client’ s global organization.
  • Coordinating the preparation of position descriptions and consolidating into a comprehensive job catalog.
  • Developing, administrating and enhancing innovative compensation tools, systems and reports
  • Maintaining, Preparing compensation related data (e.g. job codes, levels, job titles, and business titles) in HR and Finance systems.
  • Preparing compensation reports/queries as needed (e.g. impact analysis) and ensuring integrity of data and reporting methodologies.
  • Compiling and evaluating quantitative and qualitative compensation related data sets against internal and external benchmarking.
  • Conducting ongoing metrics analysis and supporting new analytic strategies for current and future measurement.
  • Documenting and administering existing and future processes needed to streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Experience with job evaluation, career path development, and job description development.
  • Experience performing job survey matching and data analysis.
  • Communicating and training internal and external clients on compensation policies and Demonstrated data manipulation skills, including work with complex data structures and queries.
  • Proven research and problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Deep analytical reporting experience.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ability to build, manage and use Excel tools for compensation calculation, analysis and related purposes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Aon JobLink™  tool.
