  • Maintain our client’ s Studios release calendar and track all promotional plans.
  • Work with other internal teams to ensure titles arrive in-store for pre-order and launch on time and with appropriate metadata.
  • Work closely with the promotions teams to ensure they have what they need to promote key titles and that all promotions occur as plans.
  • Monitor and mine our client’ s Studios catalog for titles that can be opportunistically promoted.
  • Support our client’ s Studios provider relationships by providing information and promotional tools to our authors and publishing partners.
  • Track completed promotions and perform analyses as needed to monitor effectiveness; communicate results to key stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Content Partner Development to facilitate the team’ s smooth operation.

  • Background in online consumer marketing or merchandising.
  • Maniacally detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with high-volume throughput – we work with lots of titles at any given time.
  • Ability to perceive the “ hook” for promoting a piece of content.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High usage level with PowerPoint and Excel.
