Summary
The Mobile Demand Fulfillment Team works with Supply Chain, Logistics, the Service and Packaging Centers, and with the individual Accessories Account Teams to process Customer Orders, Monitor Shipments, and ensure On-Time Delivery to respective Customer Ship-To Locations.
The Specialist will be the key point of support for the Demand Fulfillment team, and will be responsible for the preparation, reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This position will also be responsible for managing Programs and Initiatives on behalf of Supply Chain and Logistics and will report to the Manager of the Demand Fulfillment Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and deliver monthly revenue reporting on a daily (last week of the month) and weekly (other weeks of the month) basis.
Evaluate and challenge financial results driven from the Shipping Plan.
Gain strong understanding of the systems and flow of data within the Revenue process to be seen as a subject matter expert within the Supply Chain Management team.
Develop new analysis and insights that provide improvement on the process and performance of business.
Monitor and Report on various KPI on Supply Chain - including but not limited to Customer Order Forecast, Customer Orders, Supply, Packaging, On-time/Late/Early Deliveries and Compliance Charges.
Monitor and help resolve billing issues.
Coordinate with various teams and develop new business models for large projects related to supply chain management.
Manage cross functional alignment around Supply Chain cycle (QA, Logistic, Planning, Sales, and Finance).
Order Processing, Allocation, and Delivery Coordination.
Manage Customer Sales Orders and Confirmation Process
Align Orders to Supply and Demand Plan
Monitor Manufacturing and Supply Planning with Packaging Center
Customer Inventory/Order Allocation with Carrier Account Teams
Ensure Shipment to RDD Dates with SEA Logistics Teams
Work collaboratively with broader Business Finance team to support the overall goals and objectives of the group.
Required Qualifications
Detail oriented
Highly skilled with MS Excel
Ability to work independently, problem solving, delivering solid recommendations/solutions, and executing upon recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or related field or equivalent or 3 plus years experience in, supply chain management, or related field
Experience in supply chain
Experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Allocation or Order Processing
Delivery against supply chain objectives
Experience in joint supply chain measures
Collaboration toward resolution of supply chain reliability issues
