Program Operations Coordinator - IT Project

Our client is one of the world’ s leading media and entertainment companies in development, production, and marketing of entertainment, news, and information. They own and operates a valuable portfolio of news and entertainment television networks, a premiere motion picture company, significant television production operations, a leading television stations group, and world-renowned theme parks.

Responsibilities
  • Budget and Purchase Order (PO) Maintenance.
  • Coordinating seating / space.
  • Filing paperwork with facilities.
  • Setting up resource SSOs.
  • Badges.
  • Access to buildings.
  • VPN access.
  • Parking passes.
  • Ordering laptops and supplies when needed.
  • Assisting with getting resources access to all SW applications needed (there are 8 applications and 3 client sites).
  • Managing any help desk issues with IT support.
  • Getting resources access to shared folders and Dropbox.
  • Order project supplies This role will also be asked to help book meetings and conference rooms and will report to the Technology management.

Qualifications
  • 6+ Years, Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 
  • 1 – 3 years related coordinator or admin experience.
  • Mid-level knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel. Proficiency using a PC.
  • Detail orientation and good organizational skills.
  • Good customer service orientation.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Need someone with energy and drive, as they' ll need to be very responsive, quick problem-solving skills and of course they will need to be a good communicator.
