Senior Business Systems Analyst

 

Collect requirements and design solution of NICE PM call center performance management tool. In addition, will support general call center business analysis. The analyst will be making sure the environment is up and running, will be narrative request in more technological terms, as well as will be meeting with the business folks of the GCCX Call Center, working on the data source, dashboard and coaching the work performed. **Information taken during Requirement Intake Call**

 
  • Understand business priorities and work out data driven solutions
  • Hands-on execution on a variety of projects using conventional analytical techniques, deliver on multiple projects and ability to manage timelines around them.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to leverage best practices
  • Ability to handle complex data and generate meaningful business insights
  • End to end project management and coach team members
  • Develop business context and knowledge
  • Proactively seek out best practices and adopt the same in day to day functioning
  • Independently manage communication with Global teams
  • Effectively contribute and add value to cross functional initiatives
  • Train and coach others in the organization
  • Seek to learn from other areas within the site to improve analytic approaches for the team
  • Prefers NICE PM working experience

 

Education

Bachelors degree or Equivalent Experience
