Work on organic content strategy and content creation
Manage and optimize content calendars for all channels
Develop content ideas and strategies unique to brand and channel
High level content creation / execution
Manage monthly reporting & communication of results
Oversee resort social and stay up to date on current trends
Collaborate with and direct Content Producer/Designer
Currently supporting LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram...will be rebranding Pinterest and launching TikTok
Qualifications
Tools- Spinkler, Airtable (any tools used to create and manage content calendars).
Ability to present, work with other teams and be a social media leader
Hybrid schedule on-site on Orlando preferred
Understand analytics, trends, online conversations and use that to tweak campaigns when needed
a strong understanding of all social platforms and experience with managing multiple accounts at the same time
expertise in campaign development and execution
ability to manage multiple content calendars
ability to interpret brand standards and apply
strong understanding of channel nuances and content best practices
strong creative background with ability to create content and write social copy
