Sr. Peoplesoft Functional Analyst- HCM

Our client is an American office staffing and workforce solutions company that operates globally. The company places employees at all levels in various sectors including the financial services, information technology, and law industries.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the analysis of system issues and future design on North American Payroll and Time and Labor.  

Qualifications
  • At least 7 - 10 years in PeopleSoft NA Payroll (expert), Time and Labor and PayBill (expert)
  • 1 – 2 years in erecruit Middle Office.
  • BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent education/training/experience
  • Effective communication skills are a must; Must be able to explain issues to Business Users.
  • You should also have a solid understanding of the PayBill Module in Peoplesoft.
  • You should also have experience in erecruit and the integrations between erecruit and Peoplesoft.
  • Solid understanding of Payroll Processing for Time and Labor and NA Payroll.
  • Ability to track down issues and design solutions for these issues.
  • Detailed knowledge of taxes, TRC setups, Time and Labor Rules.
  • Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of HCM data models.
  • Ability to learn our client’ s customizations and understand their role in our Staffing Solution.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task many issues at once.
  • Must have a high level of integrity and a strong desire to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to work with developers and co-design solutions.
  • Ability to log cases with Peoplesoft and work them to solution.
  • Experience with understanding and configuring complex FLSA requirements is also necessary.
