- Assist in the daily coordination of projects including: preparing and maintaining projects plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
- Performs some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports.
- Organizing information.
- Following up by email and phone calls as needed.
- Communicating schedules, due dates, etc.
- Coordinating deliveries dates/times and entering information in a document, spreadsheet, etc., and entering data in a spreadsheet Business is in the process of building between 30-40 sites.
- Organized, initiative, assertive, manage a lot of details.
- At least 3-5 years with project coordination experience.
- Able to multi-task.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with Office and Google word and spreadsheet tools.
- College Degree.
