Position Summary:
Seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Technician with experience working in a large enterprise environment, supporting and troubleshooting, Windows, Mac, Citrix, and Virtual Machines, with MS Teams knowledge
Primary Responsibilities:
Deploying new hardware to end-users (PCs, laptops, thin clients, virtual machines, monitors), imaging pcs and laptops, software installation and troubleshooting.
Replacement of PCs that are at the end of their lease cycle, and configuration of virtual machines.
Preparation of desktops and other equipment for disposition. Properly recording all related desktop hardware data into the asset management system.
Preferred Qualifications:
Window OS 10 exp.
VMware, Virtual Support
BA/BS Degree
Citrix experience
Virtual Machine support experience
PowerShell scripting and mobile support
Mac OS support experience
