ektello is looking for talent to fill our Part Time Account Coordinator for one of our top hotel, timeshare and resort clients in Orlando. Our client boasts multiple hotels and resorts locations in more than several countries.
The Accounting Coordinator role provides accounting support for the Accounts Payable and Inventory Accounting functional areas.
This role will be responsible for managing accounting aspects related to:
- Company-wide invoice approval authorization
- Company-wide expense reimbursement
- General reporting & ad hoc requests
- Looking for 1-2 years of experience in general accounting
- Associates or Bachelors in Accounting a plus!
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in accounting software too; s
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
