2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant within corporate/healthcare environments.
Willingness to learn, develop and grow professionally within an expanding department.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience managing managerâ€™ s calendars is required.
Experience booking travel arrangements for others is required.
Experience claiming expenses for others is preferred.Â
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
Associates degree preferred.
