ektello is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client in Aliso Viejo, California. Our client has been around since 1919, but redesigned in 2009 with a distinctive brand, innovative approach and relentless focus on its customers. Our client has an award-winning online bank (member FDIC), one of the largest full-service auto finance operations in the country, and a trusted corporate finance business offering capital for equity sponsors and middle-market companies.

  • Provide administrative support to a funding production department and help assist the department to provide the highest level of service possible.
  • Maintaining proper communication between funders, supervisors, employees and customers.
  • Manage his/her own workflow & resolve questions and problems w/ supervisor.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Assisting funding through clerical work.
  • Organizing.
  • Checking voicemail.
  • Filing
  • Ad-hoc phone answering.
  • Maintain files through making photocopies and faxing or receiving faxed information.
  • Maintain files of correspondence & other records.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned that may not be specifically listed in this position description.

  • HS Diploma/GED required.
  • Good communication and organizing skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally all levels.
  • Meet attendance standards & work OT hours as needed.
  • Comprehend circumstances of various situations and make appropriate individual(s) aware for decision-making.
  • Excellent working knowledge of PC/word processing.
  • Accurate input ability (data entry)
  • Must be computer savvy and fluent with MS office (Word, Excel Outlook)
