ektello is seeking an Associate Manager of Digital Analytics  for one of our top full-service dining clients in Orlando, FL. The Associate Manager Digital Analytics leads operational excellence and provides strategic direction in the planning, organization, and implementation of new technologies and existing digital platforms to help deliver overall growth initiatives. You will have an opportunity to  maintain  responsibility for establishing digital best practices and processes with internal stakeholders and external agency partners driving adoption across the entire enterprise. Additionally, come work closely with individuals at all levels throughout the organization, across multiple functions, and with vendor partners to ensure alignment and implementation across multiple digital initiatives.  

 
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Converts brand digital marketing strategies into enterprise action plans to achieve digital marketing growth opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Applies an understanding of the brands’ online consumer and overall digital trends to evolve brand-building opportunities through Omni-channel analysis
  • Leads and develops, digital media optimization strategies though quantitative statistical analysis leveraging in house data sets and 3rd party disparate data sources
  • Coaches, trains and leads digital measurement best practices with digital agency partners
  • Manages and leads brand and enterprise analytical projects to drive insights and actions to improve operational efficiencies, customer experience, revenue growth and profitability as part of the digital transformation
  • Provides vision and leadership to a team at various levels throughout the organization at the brand and enterprise level
  • Develops tracking standards (SDR) for data capture with support from engineering team
  • Contributes technically and owns architectural oversight of system/services where applicable
  • Possesses an in-depth knowledge of all components of the eCommerce Analytics Platform (Adobe Analytics) in order to provide understanding of data to Business, Brand and IT end users
  • Ensures data accuracy by investigating data anomalies to determine if there are any issues, work with IT and development teams to address issues, log issues to prevent the issue from reoccurring
  • Manages relationships with Business teams to understand all data needs or Analytics Platform issues
  • Provides guidance and input on new measurement initiatives including measurement strategy, data layer design and syntax
  • Develops and nurtures relationships with other  Support Center teams, especially Information Technology (IT, EDM, Brand Marketing, Advanced Analytics, Social and Finance) and Brand Marketing to produce integrated, efficient, on-time analysis; partners with IT to develop technology processes and integration plans to guide brand and enterprise level projects (Mobile Web, Desktop experience and mobile app)
  • Develops digital marketing   optimization programs, performs marketing analyses and reporting and is specifically familiar with digital analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Harmony, Adwords, DoubleClick, Dynamic Tag Manager) as well as the digital experience concepts
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to manage and lead best in class digital platform to achieve revenue growth opportunities and maintain an integrated online performance
  • Leads and collaborates with internal teams to accomplish digital goals though deep analysis; communicating responsibilities, establishing service level agreements and expectations at the team, enterprise and individual level
  • Plans, organizes, monitors, and leads Enterprise and brand level digital technology projects, ensures resource alignment, engagement, commitment, and risk management
  • Synthesizes insights and analyzes trends across customer contact channels
  • Develop, builds and enhances digital performance reports
  • Informs and Influences the strategic roadmap to achieve the business goals
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and manages resources in conjunction with potentially conflicting project requirements
  • Provides strategic direction to generate, develop, and communicate new ideas, including development, testing, implementation, and post analysis of new technology taking an iterative approach though data driven optimization recommendations
  • Coaches brand and enterprise team members on digital best practices
  • Encourages knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and best-practice sharing among team members
  • Assigns and delegates tasks to team members as needed 


REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:  
  • Individuals should have 4+ years of experience
  • Extensive professional experience in Digital, ecommerce and Cross Channel Analytics leveraging the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of tools with professional expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Mobile Services
  • Professional experience packaging analysis in clear and concise reports, developing presentations and presenting findings to all levels in the organization
  • Experience should include 4+ years of experience with digital marketing analysis and 3+ years of experience supporting digital marketing, e-commerce, or related direct response marketing channels servicing high volume websites
  • Demonstrated, working knowledge of tagging, reporting and developing enterprise solution design documents using Adobe Analytics,
  • Proven capability to develop and create clear and detailed processes supporting a preexisting brand strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure all digital activities build desired brand equity while recognizing unique characteristics of shareable digital content
  • Established knowledge of current digital trends and industry behaviors, trends, attitudes, preferences, and needs
  • Proven ability to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget through the application of project management principles, software and techniques
  • Demonstrated understanding of integrated digital activities, technology dependencies and quality assurance in executing digital solutions
  • Previous successful management and execution of integrated technology website, campaign development, and Enterprise Platform experience preferred
  • Previous successful management execution of online media, including search engine marketing, online analytics and digital advertising preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and hold team members accountable for performance
  • Professional experience with Adobe Analytics (required)

 
REQUIRED EDUCATION:  
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science or a degree in STEM  technologies, Business, MIS or a relevant professional work experience  

OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • Knowledge of online media terminology, concept expertise, and technology
  • Knowledge of and ability leverage current consumer and industry behaviors trends, attitudes, preferences, and needs required
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics reporting and insights gathering including understanding of tracking / floodlight code application 

 
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:  
  • Master’ s degree (e.g., MBA)
  • Adobe Analytics Processing Rule Certification
  • Adobe Analytics ACE certification
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems
