We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to Provide daily communication on progress through a list of licenses harvested to-date, look for new opportunities to maximize usage and report on data anomalies with subscription optimization and license requests.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Access or Tableau and a familiarity with Adobe and Visual Studio subscriptions is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent communication skills, attention to detail, use online dashboards, and analyze lists in MS Excel using VLOOKUP’ s.
The person would need to be able to communicate clearly, have good attention to detail and maintain reports in and Access. The best candidate would have strong data analysis skills and be able to use to compare lists and compare data. Document processes, report logic and validate accuracy of reports. Call and email contacts to request updates on license needs. Gather information from IT teams and get updates on status. Maintain a list of contacts and track progress against said lists.
Experience with software licensing and contract basics is a major plus.
