Business Operations / Data Analyst
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the activities related to overseeing the daily acquisition, quality management and distribution of dealer data within the client in support of the Vehicle Sales Service Marketing organization.
The working environment is highly collaborative with both internal and external partners including IT, DSPs (Dealer Service Providers), and downstream program teams. This position requires agility, attention to detail, a high level of independent judgment, initiative, and the ability to develop solutions with limited direction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee successful day-to-day transactional flow of dealer data between DSPs, IT, and downstream programs
- Participate in daily issue resolution activities
- Ability to detect, analyze and provide direction to DSPs and IT for correction of dealer data issues to minimize impact to the client' s Programs and dealers
- Provide recommendations for work-flow improvement and operational efficiency
- Proactively monitor dealer data for emerging issues to ensure data quality
- Resolve dealer, field, and downstream data escalations
- Support issue management workflow and ticket system
- Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with all client organizations
- Ability to work across both IT and Business functions
- Manage relationships with our dealers, dealer service providers, and over 30 downstream program teams
- Support Ad-hoc requests and data investigations

- SQL Proficiency
- Exposure to XML, JSON
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite
- Bachelor' s degree or equivalent experience
