ektello is looking for a CRM Manager for one of our top multimedia clients in New York City. Our client boasts an impressive portfolio of news and entertainment television networks, world-renowned theme parks, a prominent motion picture company, and much more.
The CRM Manager is an essential position to the Sales Management Solutions team as this role will provide daily support to the execution of the Ad Sales process. This role will support all of the clients’ networks both linear and digital for CRM Application - PaT (built on the Salesforce Platform).
Ensure highest possible level of data integrity within PaT
Collaborate with sales, marketing, research, finance and commercial operations leaders on ad sales process enhancements.
Validate proposed enhancements with co-workers in Sales Management Solutions supporting other properties, evaluate technologies to support enhancements, and work with IT to implement changes
Create and manage tickets for new system enhancements and break/fixes
Candidate will be the part of the support team including
o Managing new hires and terminations
o Answering user requests
o Resolving user issues
o Maintaining system administration values
Document manual processes, calculations and business logic within specified reporting artifacts
Collaborate on ad hoc projects, which are typically involving updating large volumes of data
Assist IT in QA and pre-UAT testing efforts ensuring data quality within reporting solutions
Modify documentation as needed, including changes to templates, training materials, quick references, etc.
Train new hires and end users on new capabilities
