About The Opportunity

The Queue Coordinator position participates on the Domain Services team. The Domain Services team provides the following services to the NBCUniversal enterprise:
  • Active Directory Services
  • DNS Services
  • DFS
  • Group Policy Services
  • PKI
  • Federation
  • Group Management
  • GTM Services
  • LDAP Binding Services
  • Security Compliance and Audit

The Queue Coordinator is required to work collaboratively with all NBCUniversal technical teams and have excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills. The candidate will be a member of a growing team of individuals that will provide front line support for the Domain Services team. The candidate must be able to manage ticket queues on a daily basis. The candidate must be able to manage their time across several different types of requests. The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and be excited about the opportunity to work directly with our customers. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with the customer, schedule and assign tickets.  Effective coordinate execution of work for the Domain Services Engineering and Management teams. The candidate must have the ability to interact with our customers through phone, email and instant messaging.

  • H.S. or College degree or equivalent work experience of 3 - 5 years
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in Excel & Word
