COMPUTER SYSTEMS ANALYST
Job Duties
- Serve as the point of contact for SharePoint and Thunderstone.
- Perform technical duties in the SharePoint and Enterprise Search technology areas; provide coverage in technology areas as needed; coordinate activities and coverage with team members.
- Perform operations duties, including maintain and monitor applications, databases, or software tools; implement improvements to operations; maintain and follow SOPs; test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
- Perform development duties, including develop and implement new or major revisions to applications, databases, or software tools; implement improvements to development activities to speed development of applications, databases, or software tools; maintain and follow SOPs; interact with third parties to accomplish tasks/services.

- Work products and documents related to serving as the point of contact for SharePoint and Thunderstone.
- Work products and documents related to performing technical duties in SharePoint and Enterprise Search technology areas such as roadmaps, schedules, status reports, plans, and recommendations.
- Work products and documents related to performing operations duties such as SOPs, configuration management, upgrades, and availability.
- Work products and documents related to performing development duties such as SOPs, requirements, applications, databases, or software tools; interacting with third parties to accomplish tasks and services.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’ s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related discipline. Four (4) years of specialized experience plus a High School diploma is equivalent to a BA/BS degree.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a computer related field.
- Extensive experience with coding, building, testing, packaging, releasing, configuring, and monitoring SharePoint and Enterprise Search applications.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in SharePoint and Enterprise Search.
- Knowledge of coding and debugging in SharePoint, C# programming language, and Visual Studio.
- Working experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and XML.
- Experience in layout of web pages with CSS, hand-coding of HTML pages, and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of responsive design, version control, release management.
- Working experience with one or more SQL databases.
- Knowledge of usability & Section 508 compliancy.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
