ektello is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our client has been around since 1919, but redesigned in 2009 with a distinctive brand, innovative approach and relentless focus on its customers. They offer financial products for consumers, businesses, automotive dealers and corporate clients. Our client has an award-winning online bank (member FDIC), one of the largest full-service auto finance operations in the country, and a trusted corporate finance business offering capital for equity sponsors and middle-market companies.

  • Make outbound calls daily, and speak with a wide variety of interested homeowners throughout the US.
  • Answer incoming inquiries; Effectively provide prompt, accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Execute/prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Solid customer interaction / phone / organizational skills.
  • Naturally upbeat and positive
  • Pleasant conversationalist, excellent listener
  • Good phone voice
  • Articulate, able to clearly explain and be easily understood
  • Enjoy consistent, routine work
  • Enjoy talking with customers eight hours per day
  • Organized and detailed
  • High School Diploma required/ Bachelor degree preferred
  • Experience in Windows and Internet-based environment may be required.
  • Customer service or professional office experience preferred.
  • Execute/prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Solid verbal, written and listening communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service strategies. Flexible/adaptable to change (shift changes as a result of business needs). Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
  • SPECIFIC SKILLS: PC knowledge Demonstrate knowledge of current department Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to: Product knowledge of Mortgage Banking practices preferred. System tools
