The main function of the Data Analyst is to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions. Data analyst position, must be a data driven individual (Analyst) with Marketing platform experience. Looking for someone with experience with Adobe Stack, Eloqua, Predictive Tools and Salesforce.com.
This person will act as one central Data Collection person and will be measuring how these efforts affect revenue, how social media connects with paid advertisements etc. and make data relevant to the executive team and business leads on current and historical performance through dashboard visualization, automated reporting, and ad-hoc analysis so executives can quickly and accurately see how their businesses are performing. The perfect candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills.
Incumbent must understand all platforms and be able to look at the data, translate the data for someone whom is non-data driven and will then in turn allow that non-data person to act on this information.
Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
Establishes standardized methods of recording, tracking and reporting on activity.
Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
• Responsible for monthly lead generation forecast, database segmentation, campaign performance reports.
• Build accurate Predictive Modeling.
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of one or more key information service standards such as QA/testing, Project Management, Six Sigma, etc.
Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
Adobe Stack, Eloqua, Predictive Tools and Salesforce.com.
Bachelor' s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
2-5 years of experience required.
Must have experience with 2+ years Sales Force and/or Eloqua
Process certification, such as, Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI.
• Experience of corporate level CRM and database management
• Full understanding of sales and marketing operation
• Strong experience in SQL, and Tableau.
