ektello is seeking talent to fill our Director of Internal Communications role for one of our top education professionals in the world in Hoboken, NJ. Our client strives to spread the benefits of education worldwide with an array of technologies, products, and services that cater address social and environmental impacts and needs.

  • Develops internal communications materials including organizational announcements, policies and procedures, compensation, benefits changes, etc.
  • Develop organization communication policies and procedures.
  • Creates, implements and oversees communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
  • Assists in the preparation of presentations directed towards employees.
  • Defining the change management strategy for the Coupa program
  • Working with wider change programs across our client e.g.: TEP
  • Defining and managing the end-to-end change plan and reporting status, risks, issues etc.
  • Assessing the impact of the change for internal client employees, managers, specialist procurement teams, 3rd parties and our suppliers
  • Identifying and managing key stakeholders through the change
  • Establishing a network of change agents and experienced users
  • Establishing and tracking robust business readiness measures and plans
  • Defining and delivering a robust communications plan for internal and external stakeholders
  • Engagement with the business and Suppliers on Coupa / New Procurement Policy/ New Ways of working
  • Training on Coupa (which includes plan the entire E2E training activity (internal and external (IBM& Suppliers) and monitor/coordinate execution with our Third-party provider and lead / monitor the development of our supporting materials)
  • Developing and managing content for internal Neo sites
  • Development of all countdown communications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience
  • Experience in working with senior leadership on promoting key initiatives.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Works well with numerous internal partners including senior leadership and their respective teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategy.
  • Preferable experience of delivering change for a Procurement system implementation
  • Works well within an organization that is experiencing transformation; flexibility is a must.
  • Calm and steady disposition, can manage and complete various assignments in timely and calm manner
