Help-desk Associates Needed!
We are currently seeking Help-desk specialist to provide initial support for customer inquiries received via the telephone and/or internet and technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Assess nature of the organization’ s problem and may resolve simple and basic support issues.
- For more complex issues, directs to appropriate technical customer support center specialist.
- Perform administrative support activities and input requests into Help Desk ticketing system.
- Complete requests such as new account(s), terminations, etc.
This position consists of multiple short term projects that may result in direct or continued employment.
