Ops Service Manager: Manages the Operations support service providers, ensures the operation is in accordance with the Statement of Work, established procedures and practices. Monitors performance of support teams, reviewing response times, problem logs, and trends in problems reported. Recommends strategies and enhancements to increase Support Services productivity. Manages onboarding and offboarding of service provider personnel.
