Job Description

Project Manager will be responsible for managing critical content development projects across multiple digital channels (email, media, social, etc.).
Reporting to the CRM Director, s/he will manage projects independently as well as support the CRM Director. S/he will create & manage workflows from start to finish and work with internal and external partners to ensure projects are completed efficiently and delivered in a comprehensive, accurate and timely fashion. Projects are currently scheduled for a 6-month time-frame.

• Coordinate content development projects from concept to delivery and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders
• Manage multiple content deliverables concurrently - communicating timelines, daily/weekly status updates, and identifying any potential risks/roadblocks; line up timelines with multiple vendors for integrated executions
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to keep partners informed, manage approvals and ensure efficient workflow
• Manage budgets internally, and in coordination with agency partners to ensure adherence to budget guidelines, including submission of invoices and coding for vendor payment
• Develop and track detailed project timeline documents and coordinate dependencies across internal and external stakeholders
• Manage QA/testing with stakeholders to ensure smooth content launches
• Promote new processes to drive efficiency and set adequate expectations across multiple teams and environments
• Be a key stakeholder and subject matter expert for new workflow management tool, and ensure content is loaded properly into Digital Asset Management system
• Document content guidelines and ensure that deliverables meet our high-quality standard
• Continually seek opportunities to optimize project workflows 

• 3+ years of experience is required
• Effective communication skills across multiple levels of an organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and project management software
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Digital Design and UI/UX interest/ experience preferred
• Familiar with digital marketing terminology, strategy and relevant channels (eCommerce, email, social media, display, etc.)
