ektello is currently looking for a Marketing Web Analyst  for one of our top telecommunications clients in El Segundo, CA!  Our client is the largest telecommunications company in the world as well as the largest media and entertainment company in the world in terms of revenue.

Our client' s Custom Digital Publishing team is seeking a motivated and energetic individual who will help develop, implement, and maintain web analytics to fulfill reporting requirements for their clients.   He/she must have excellent critical thinking skills, a passion for analyzing complex data sets and making informed data-driven decisions. This role collaborates with account managers and clients to create relevant dashboards and reports, develop actionable insights based on qualitative and quantitative data, and make recommendations based on the findings. This team player will be a key member of our growing Microsites team focused on the strategy, execution, and analysis of innovative integrated advertising campaigns that drive quantifiable results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Understand business goals of our clients and translate them into actionable and impactful reporting and analytics
• Assist in the development of appropriate goals and KPIs for campaigns to achieve stated business objectives
• Analyze and track the impact of significant marketing tactics, site changes, promotions, events and other key drivers of traffic and web visitor behavior
• Utilize variety of tools and research methods to measure campaign (ie content performance), the performance of web, and digital initiatives
• Apply independent critical thinking, summarize insights from analysis, identify next steps and develop an implementation plan to improve digital user experience and increase engagement
• Identify data relationships to bring together full consumer journey insights, utilizing data captured from multiple sources including; sales, website/app analytics, paid advertising, paid/organic search, email, and social media
• Synthesize and convey analytical findings through compelling, client-ready presentations and dashboards
• Create and manage campaign analytics dashboards and regularly report findings and ongoing key metrics to management and stakeholders to help guide decision-making
• Educate and inform colleagues across functions on Adobe Analytics, web metrics, terminology, concepts, trends, insights, and recommendations
 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’ s degree required; Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media preferred
• 3+ years of experience using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Ability to understand performance analytics, digital technology, and web optimization
• Experience with Marketing Automation systems as well as content management systems, SEO, SEM, digital sales funnels, and HTML preferred
• Familiarity with industry platforms/software such as Doubleclick, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Search Console etc is a plus
