Sr. Manager National Retail Sales - Retail Operations / Home Appliances

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop Retail Sales strategy aligned with Home Appliance business lines overall strategy
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding all sales KPIs
• Use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth
• Creates sales strategies to maximize market share
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Manage communications, sales promotions, and training as required to stimulate and facilitate the sale of s products
• Establish high-level as well as strategic relationships with key accounts, field sales, marketing, and product teams as well as retail teams (field operations, retail planning, business planning and retail innovation)
• Analyzes reports and identifies opportunities to increase revenue and market share within assigned accounts
• Partners with key internal and external stakeholders to develop sales programs designed to maximize sell-through of products.
• Work with 3PL Senior Management teams to upkeep production and efficiency of partnered business
• Work with analyst team to generate metrics, compliance and ad-hoc reports. Provides leadership for store roster tiering and leads interpretation of Sales Reports for field team use
• Clearly communicates expectations and holds team members accountable to achieving desired outcomes. Delegates and distributes assignments and decisions appropriately
• Orchestrates multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish a goal. Applies knowledge of internal structures, processes, and culture to resourcing efforts
• Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs. Takes a proactive approach to shape and influence stakeholder expectations and can serve as a liaison between different stakeholder groups
• Builds rapport with retail partners at the Regional/Director level in order to maximize sell- through of products. Partners with Third Party Labor leaders to align on national strategies for training, skillset development, and succession planning.
• Regularly conducts store visits with District Managers to encourage, train, and motivate Field Sales Managers.
• Ensure 3PL drives performance of field sales team against KPIs

• A Bachelor' s Degree in Business, Retail Sales Operations or a related business field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12+ years of direct sales, retail sales, and field marketing experience
• Proven work experience as a National sales manager
• Experience managing a high performance sales team
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, analytics software
• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Strong project and time management skills
• Directly or indirectly managed large teams of approximately 24 or more people
• Prior experience with business reporting & analytics and retail insight required
• Strong communication skills (verbal, digital, and presentation)
• Strong business acumen
• Professional presentation skills
• Relationship versatility
• Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
• Demonstrated success as a manager in a sales or direct marketing environment
• Multiple retail channels experience preferred
• Home Appliance sales and marketing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Availability to travel as needed
• Knowledge / experience of retail and manufacturing ecosystem
• Knowledge / experience of marketing, consumer touchpoints, and consumer purchase patterns

Physical/Mental Demands
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs to waist level
• Travel Requirements (Up to 50%)
o Monthly visits to sales offices to meet with account level sales teams, analysts, product Managers, account Managers, and more
o As needed Audit/Ride-A-longs with 3PL District Managers
o NTM' s, CES, and other large events.
o QBR Meetings
o Quarterly HA Manager Meetings
