Job Description
ektello is looking for a Senior Interaction Designer to join a growing team based out of Golden, CO. This is a 12 Month contract to start. While on contract, ektello offers paid holidays, paid vacation days, and medical benefit option.
- BA/BS in a digital/interaction design, or related degree program (e.g. UX design, graphic design, computer science, human computer interaction, cognitive psychology) and/or at least 5+ years combo of experience & education
- Portfolio depicting completed project work and specific examples of user flows, wireframes, site/app mapping, prototypes, and user interface designs (bonus points for telling the story of the user needs, success metrics, and what you learned along the way)
- Ability to quickly understand new business domains, and be creative & thoughtful about how to use design to improve business processes and solve user problems
- Ability to quickly prototype concepts that can be used to demonstrate design solutions internally as well as with end users
- Familiarity with a variety of digital design and prototyping methods & tools including Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer-X, HTML/CSS, etc.
