Client Support Specialist I

ektello is hiring a Client Support Specialist for one of the most unique clients in higher education in Winter Park, FL. Our client offers degree programs that are designed for the world of entertainment, media, art, and technology. From an associate’ s to a master’ s, our client can offer a degree to fit their students’ needs while giving them an education that’ s centered on real-world industry experience and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities
  • Be a client ambassador embracing our unique educational model, while maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service
  • Perform front desk services in all student facing areas
  • Provide excellent customer-service by engaging with callers to assess which department will best service the callers needs
  • Make outbound calls to current or potential students to discuss their status with the client and transfer to the appropriate division for follow up
  • Support data management projects as necessary
  • Support Live Chat and Social Media teams as required
  • Provide communications support to our client’ s Security and Operations
  • Provide support for our client’ s monthly touring initiatives 
  • Monitor/reply to all email communication
  • Adheres to the policies and procedures of the client
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
  • Contribute to the overall success of the department and our client by performing all other duties as assigned by leadership
