Talent Acquisition Data Analyst & Operations Support

The Talent Management Data Analyst & Operations Support Specialist will be part of a small team that is responsible for ensuring Data Integrity, Hiring efficiencies and Compliance within the Talent Management & HR Team.   Additionally, this role will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive business processes, analyze data, run reports and assist with troubleshooting data escalations.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining reporting metrics, workforce analysis, other miscellaneous research and projects within the People Team.

Collaborate with subject matter experts across the business (SSC, HR, TA, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits) to sharpen SEA knowledge and become the go to person within the Data Operations team.

Respond to employee data report requests utilizing WorkDay, employer census, and ancillary reports needed by stakeholders and internal management needs.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor’ s Degree with 3-6 years of directly related experience is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or HR Preferred
  • Previous experience in a Data Entry or Record Keeping role within a large Company (High volume, fast paced)
  • Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Formulas, and Automating Tasks)
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft business applications software, internet sources, and HRIS systems desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to breakdown an issue, isolate and resolve the problem(s).
  • Previous experience working in the WorkDay HRIS System is preferred.
  • Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external management, vendor or agency personnel.
  • This includes a high degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personal and corporate dynamics.
  • Energetic, passionate and desire to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working collaboratively as well as independently
  • Detail oriented with the ability to quickly organize, prioritize and work within a multiple task environment.
