Job Description

We are looking for a disciplined program planner and executor who possesses extensive experience delivering complex digital and eCommerce capabilities within large enterprises.

This role requires a highly focused negotiator and facilitator, who is not afraid to respectfully push back when required and is extremely effective at driving ownership and accountability directly and indirectly across internal and external stakeholders and teams. In short, we require somebody who gets a lot done in the most friction less manner possible.

• Work closely together with eCommerce, Technology and other internal and external leaders to affect the delivery of required Digital & eCommerce capabilities
• Facilitate the continual harmonization of delivery plans, milestones and cost projections across a wide range of work streams and delivery methodologies
• Continually monitor delivery progress and proactively identify and communicate issues and risks to stakeholders for visibility and/or resolution
• Demand performance, challenge the teams on delivery timelines and cost projections when appropriate
• Facilitate governance processes, meetings, workshops and delivery activities as needed, always be ready to jump in and temporarily closed gaps if required
• Produce program status updates, meeting minutes, financial reports, and any other documents as needed

• A highly collaborative team player who is comfortable trusting his colleagues and partners
• Never afraid to roll-up your sleeves and do whatever it takes in order to maintain program progress
• Comfortable dealing with the uncertainty associated with delivering new to market consumer facing digital products and their residual stream of continual change
• Experienced dealing with modern technology platforms implementation, and legacy technology solutions integration
• A practitioner of a wide range of project delivery methodologies spanning traditional waterfall and SDLC to agile and scrum practices
• An excellent communicator who is comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels across the organization
• A master relationship builder who can develop and leverage a network of trusting relationship in order to minimize escalation and optimize program delivery
• Familiar with large enterprise, corporate ways-of-working and navigating inter-company politics
• An experienced large B2C digital programs delivery lead 
• A university graduate who possesses a relevant degree or an equivalent level of real-life experience
