Rate: $40-45/hr About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the rollout of creative deliverables for a loyalty program refresh across both print and digital channels. This role acts as the central hub for project management—ensuring deadlines are met, communication flows smoothly, and creative assets are delivered at the highest quality. Key Responsibilities
Act as the omni-channel project manager for loyalty program creative rollout.
Manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverables using Airtable and other project management tools.
Serve as the key communicator across internal teams, holding status meetings and providing meeting recaps.
Route creative work for stakeholder approvals, manage feedback, and track progress.
Proactively identify and resolve potential delivery issues before they occur.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital Ops, Asset Management, etc.) to ensure asset delivery.
Confirm project briefs are complete and deliverables are clear prior to project kickoff.
Organize and gather necessary assets to support creative production.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proven oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to multiple levels of management.
Strong business presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience building relationships and partnerships across teams and departments.
Ability to effectively collaborate with external vendors and resources.
Proficiency in project management tools (Airtable experience a plus).
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
