Entry Level Deployment Analyst Location: Full Remote Duration: Up to 2 years Long term, as of now no conversion but anything is possible. Interview: 2 int. 1 with Sr analyst and manager 30 mins. 2nd int with Hiring manager. Training- Couple weeks initial training and then engrained into the deployment. Shifts- late evening swing shift to overnight in AM. cant take down network during business hours. they will do a shift bid 530p, 730p, and 930p start time shifts. Do not work Fri or Sat nights.
Day 2 Day:
Speaking to store staff and technical engineers that are on locations to assist with collecting information on hardware install and updates.
Assisting in the deployment of the new stores which the engineer will be adding and replacing 8 port switches and routers.
You will ask how everything is going, if there are any issues, and document and report them to other departments.
Some technical experience is required such as knowledge of what IP address and MAC address are. You will not configure or do any of the technical work but knowledge of it helps.
Looking for Excellent customer service experience, A people person, out going and can strike conversations. Verbal communication and personality are very important.
Ability to assist in developing deployment plans, including timelines and milestones.
SKILLS:
- Experience in hardware deployment, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana) is nice to have, not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to assist in developing and following deployment plans, including timelines and milestones
