About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Art Director (Contract) to join our Marketing & Sales creative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and directing innovative, brand-forward creative across multiple channels—from large-scale campaigns to targeted initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, project managers, and creative leadership to bring bold, imaginative ideas to life while maintaining brand integrity.

What You’ll Do
Lead the art direction and design integrity of marketing campaigns and programs across digital, print, social, video, experiential, and broadcast.
Concept and develop creative ideas in partnership with copywriters and content creators that align with strategic goals and brand standards.
Provide oversight and feedback to designers, vendors, and partners to ensure work is on-brand, innovative, and of the highest quality.
Stay on top of design trends, consumer insights, and industry best practices—particularly in entertainment, tourism, and travel.
Present creative concepts to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Collaborate closely with project managers to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Supervise and mentor non-exempt creative team members.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience:
5+ years in an advertising agency or in-house agency with a strong portfolio of integrated campaign work.
Proven experience across a wide range of media—video, digital, social, broadcast, outdoor, experiential, and print.
Background in entertainment, travel, or tourism preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of videography, photography, typography, and production processes.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, and Keynote.
Excellent organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think conceptually and execute strategically with attention to detail.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations and competing priorities.
