Bilingual Marketing Coordinator
• Location: Springfield, MO
• Status: Full-Time Direct Hire
• Tentative Schedule: This is a full-time opportunity Monday –Friday
The Multicultural Marketing Coordinator will coordinate the development, creation and implementation of all retail and professional customer multicultural marketing projects and efforts.
Essential Job Functions
• Provide input on multicultural marketing strategies.
• Develop ongoing strategic goals to support company direction
• Identify, plan and execute programs which ensure our brand resonates with our growing multicultural customer base within our market areas; making recommendations accordingly to Marketing leadership
• Create foundational and strategic programs for multicultural consumer segments and integrate those across various creative outputs including linear, digital, social, retail and event marketing
• Provide input, cultural understanding and creative thinking to elevate the way we reach multicultural consumers
• Run the development and execution of national creative campaigns for multicultural consumers across channels such as TV, digital, OOH, social, web, retail, and events, alongside the Brand & Creative team Skills and Qualifications
• Bilingual- Spanish/English
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Retail and/or agency experience
• Experience in a multicultural consumer environment
