ektello is partnering with an American toy and entertainment company to find a HR Coordinator to join an HR team in North Fort Worth, TX. This team supports agencies and plant warehouse employees. This is a W2 contract to hire and during the contract, we offer PTO, paid holidays, medical, and 401k benefit options.
Onsite in N. Fort Worth, TX M-F, 1st shift with flexibility and ability to work a later shift 1 day per week.
Qualifications
Bilingual, English and Spanish
High school degree or equivalent experience. College Degree in Human Resources or another related field, preferred.
2 - 3 years professional work experience preferably in an HR role.
Experience reviewing timecards to ensure an accurate employee payroll, train managers d and supervisors on paid time off entry and approval processes.
Coordinate and deliver New Hire Orientation. Assist with new hire paperwork.
Basic knowledge of employee relations practices and procedures; ability to handle escalated issues in a professional manner.
Ability to always communicate professionally tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy, ability to handle confidential matters.
Must have strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Must have strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
