Job Description

ektello is partnering with an American toy and entertainment company to find a HR Coordinator to join an HR team in North Fort Worth, TX.  This team supports agencies and plant warehouse employees. This is a W2 contract to hire and during the contract, we offer PTO, paid holidays, medical, and 401k benefit options.

Onsite in N. Fort Worth, TX M-F, 1st shift with flexibility and ability to work a later shift 1 day per week.

  • Bilingual, English and Spanish
  • High school degree or equivalent experience. College Degree in Human Resources or another related field, preferred.
  • 2 - 3 years professional work experience preferably in an HR role.
  • Experience reviewing timecards to ensure an accurate employee payroll, train managers d and supervisors on paid time off entry and approval processes.
  • Coordinate and deliver New Hire Orientation. Assist with new hire paperwork.
  • Basic knowledge of employee relations practices and procedures; ability to handle escalated issues in a professional manner.
  • Ability to always communicate professionally tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy, ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Must have strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). 
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or Workday is a plus.
