Advanced Excel skills - this position is heavily Excel based and primary duties will be SAP data management. (Macros not required)

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing Home Appliance products and ensuring smooth supply chain flow throughout purchasing to customer delivery. The coordinator will also funnel all logistics information from various operation teams to create total visibility to support internal and external customers and support strategic projects on behalf of the entire Supply Chain Team.
This position will be the primary point of contact for all supply related issues for the associated product category at the Sales Subsidiary and will interact closely with all teams including Senior Management.
Responsibilities:
Generate reports for Executive Management and represent the team when working with internal/external customers.
Factory PO Issue
New model set up
Diversion / Stock Transfers / Cross shipment
Direct shipment PO management
OTRQ/OTD Management - (OTRQ: On time right quantity; OTD: On time delivery)
Sales Order Management
Inventory Management
Weekly RTF management (Return to Forecast)
Aging Inventory
Revenue Simulation/Tracking
Report Generation / KPI Management
CMI (Call Managed Inventory)
Performance Standards:
OTRQ/OTD - 90%+ achievement rate (varies per customer)
Factory PO - 98%+ achievement rate (in a timely manner)
Diversion/STO/X-shipment/RTF/Revenue – complete given tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar.
1-2 year work experience in relevant field.
Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.
SAP experience helpful.
Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
Korean Language skills for working with Global Operations helpful.
Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment.
Must be available to consistently work overtime and on every weekend.
