KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights, ensuring procedural adherence and supporting risk management activities. The role involves generating detailed reports, conducting risk assessments, escalation management and working closely with stakeholders to align on goals and initiatives. The candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret product safety data (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify trends, risks assessments, and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders. Case summary maintenance and reporting also required on high profile matters.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product safety goals and initiatives.
• Data Collection: Gather, clean, and analyze product safety data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Escalation Management: Assign and oversee escalations from specific high-risk channels while conducting thorough review of past history for process adherence.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses for product safety incidents to prevent reoccurrence.
• Project Management: Manage various ongoing and ad-hoc projects

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product safety, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual English and Korean highly preferred
• Regulatory familiarity not required but a plus

Summary:
The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.

Job Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
Establish and document business processes.
Set up project and work breakdown structures.
Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.

Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
2-4 years experience required.
