Responsibilities
• Validate weekly commits/inventory allocation plan for Walmart & Sam's Club based on RTF.
• Validate and confirm Walmart & Sams orders received. Validate model, PO quantities, and RDD dates based on commits.
• Write manual POs in NOVA to secure 100% commits shipments
• Communicate with SCM/AP2 team to confirm orders received and released.
• Cancel orders for unavailable inventory and inform the customer.
• Confirm pricing with sales and if needed, create SDU's in NERP
• Validate NERP idoc for discrepancies and locate orders that are stuck in iDoc for assigned categories.
• Create Walmart & Sams CPFR ladder files utilizing Retail-link and GSBN data.
• Lead CPFR meetings with Walmart & Sams for assigned categories.
• Partner with WMT and Sam's Club on RDD extension requested by Logistics.
• Create weekly in-stock reports and work with internal teams to address root causes for low inventory.
Qualifications
• Minimum of Bachelors degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or another related field-required.
• 5 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain functions-required
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Excel (pivot tables, macros & V Lookups)-required
• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics function, ideally with knowledge of customer supply chain management-preferred
• Collaboration and communication skills-required
• Problem-solving and analytical skills-required
• Proficiency with Advanced Analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is-preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP and how to use the system capabilities to drive value-preferred
• Experience with Walmart / Sams Club Supply Chain and systems (Retail Link, NOVA, Madrid, etc.-preferred
Beeline Summary:
The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
Set up project and work breakdown structures.
Establish and document business processes.
Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
5-7 years experience required.
