Business Development & Prospecting – Generate new business through cold calling, lead research, prospecting, and outbound phone/email outreach.
Client Relationship Management – Schedule meetings, conduct planned client calls, and communicate ektello's staffing capabilities to build lasting partnerships.
Strategic Business Development – Create and execute sales strategies for targeted accounts to identify opportunities and build client relationships.
Staffing Industry Expertise – Leverage 3–5 years of IT staffing experience (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire) to understand client needs and deliver talent solutions.
Sales & Communication Excellence – Demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, competitiveness, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
3-5 years experience of demonstrated success in Business Development within an IT staffing company.
