We are seeking a talented UKG Pro WFM Custom Report Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating custom reports within the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) system to meet the organization's specific needs. This role requires a strong understanding of WFM processes and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable reports. Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom reports within the UKG Pro WFM system
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reports meet business needs
Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making
Maintain and update existing reports as needed
Provide training and support to end-users on report usage
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 5 years of experience working on in-app report building within UKG Pro WFM system
Strong knowledge of SQL and report writing tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM system (well versed with UKG Tables and System)
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports or SSRS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ideal candidate will have these technical skills:
UKG Pro Reporting Tools: Proficiency in tools like UKG Pros Reporting Studio, including the ability to create and customize reports.
Report Scheduling and Automation: Experience with scheduling reports and automating data delivery processes within UKG.
SQL Expertise: Strong command of SQL for querying databases, creating complex queries, and optimizing report performance.
Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI) to present data insights effectively.
Data Integration: Knowledge of how to integrate data from various sources, ensuring comprehensive reporting.
Data Warehousing Concepts: Understanding of data warehousing principles to ensure accurate data retrieval and reporting.
API Knowledge: Familiarity with using APIs for pulling data from UKG systems or integrating with other applications.
Database Management: Understanding of database concepts, including normalization and indexing, to enhance report generation efficiency.
Testing and Validation Skills: Ability to perform testing and validation of reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy
