Responsibilities: • Managing project schedules, RFQ, and deliverables for successful localization projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and efficiencies including but not limited to packaging engineers, marketing, PM, sales, carriers and vendors
• Managing engineering changes throughout the life cycle of products
• Creating accurate bill-of-material(BOMs) and managing engineering change notifications (ECNs)
• Maintaining material master table in various system (NERP, WMP, PES)
• Leading critical meetings on a weekly basis for both internal and external stakeholders and make prompt reporting to supervisor
• Aligning communication between SEA and Suwon office (headquarter) regarding device samples, testing standard changes and any VOC or inquiries
• Complies with company regulatory guidelines as well as departmental principles and procedures

Candidate requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent with 5-8 years of directly related experience; bachelors degree with 2-5 years of experience is required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in Korean desirable
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all levels within the organization
• Confidence and commitment when working directly on projects with assigned customers (e.g. ATT, TMB, VZW)
• Exceptional planning, organizing, and priority management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Independence in determining their personal work schedule to maximize productivity

This opportunity requires occasional travel domestically and internationally, along with flexibility regarding work hours.

Beeline Summary:
The main function of a buyer is to purchase machinery, equipment, tools, parts, supplies or services necessary for the operation of an establishment. A typical buyer is responsible for buying goods and services for use by their company or organization. A purchasing agent is responsible for the purchase of machinery, equipment, parts, or services necessary for the operation of an establishment.

Job Responsibilities:
Review and potentially optimize suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors.
Approve purchases of the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts.
Approve purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services.
Instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
Instruct staff on methods of negotiation, renegotiation and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors and other representatives.
Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.
Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.

Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
Knowledge of supply chain management.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field required.
2-4 years finance related experience required.
