ektello is partnering with a global retail leader to find a Change Manager to join their growing team. This is a long-term, W2 contract and consultants must be willing to be in San Francisco Bay area once/week and as needed. During the contract, we include PTO, and we offer medical and 401k benefit options.
6+ years’ experience overseeing activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams.
Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders.
Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out.
Looking for experience working with project teams, building out impact assessments, leading change strategy, confirming alignment with strategy, developing plans, and executing stakeholder plans.
Experience working with marketing teams and marketing organizations. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Zeta.
Must be collaborative with strong communication skills, and able to build relationships while bring strategic expertise and guidance.
PROSCI Certification is nice to have.
