Position Summary:
Our client is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to provide daily support, ongoing evolution, and optimization of the Ellucian Colleague ERP system (technical and functional) at the college or university.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves managing staff, collaborating with leadership, and ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of the Colleague ERP operations.
Manage projects using strong project management skills, prioritize tasks, and provide regular updates.
Act as a strong leader with excellent customer relationship skills to support modernization efforts.
Consult with management to define project goals, timelines, resources, and procedures.
Provide technical support and system configuration guidance to administrative users.
Evaluate third-party software/hardware for compatibility and usefulness.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the Ellucian Colleague ERP.
Experience with Colleague SaaS integration methodology.
Expertise in MS SQL, T-SQL, and/or other data-related reporting tools.
Experience with enterprise reporting tools.
Proven ability to lead support groups, college departments, and committees.
