Contract Attorney 

**W2 Contract** ONSITE out of Ridgefield Park, NJ**
**Bilingual in Korean/English Required**

Our client, a leader in Consumer Electronics, is looking for a Contract Attorney to support their Legal teams in North America, with regular interaction with their Korean stakeholders.
  • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses
  • Stay on top of weekly updates from all groups within Legal and NA Legal & Compliance team
  • Summarize cases and their application
  • Identify top issues and investigate deeper into the background, progress and plans
  • Prepare weekly reports for management on those topics
QUALIFICATIONS
  • JD from an accredited law school required
  • 3+ years of legal experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking)
