About the Team The Global Quality Systems Team leads quality systems management across the organization. Our team oversees organizational change management, training, system administration, development, and user support. We partner with leaders across Quality, Safety, Regulations, and Compliance to ensure all quality systems are aligned, adopted, and supported — driving our mission to develop, manufacture, and deliver safe, high-quality, and compliant products worldwide. The Opportunity We’re seeking a Communications Training Coordinator to join our team in East Aurora, NY (Hybrid). In this role, you’ll support global change management initiatives, helping to develop and deliver training, communication, and engagement strategies for our quality systems.
You’ll work closely with the Global Quality Systems Training and Technical teams to create compelling communications, training materials, and media that drive understanding and adoption across a global user base. What You’ll Do
Contribute to the digital transformation of the Quality, Safety, Regulations, and Compliance organization.
Develop and deliver engaging training and communication content, including presentations, videos, and user guides.
Produce and provide voiceovers for training videos and multimedia learning materials.
Support the development of a best-in-class organizational change management model.
Maintain and manage a communications calendar for global quality system updates and initiatives.
Collaborate with the technical team to address user support needs, enhancements, and new system rollouts.
Evaluate communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to optimize engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years supporting information technology end users or related experience in communications/training.
Exceptional English writing, grammar, and presentation development skills.
Strong verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting live or on camera.
Experience developing and narrating training videos or multimedia content.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Independent, proactive professional with strong collaboration and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams (occasional early or late meetings).
