A typical day:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end production process of pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from pre-production planning to final delivery at scale
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to design, test and scale experiences globally that align with our vision and strategy
Work autonomously to develop playbooks, training materials, and tools to allow global counterparts to support delivery at scale
Prepare reports for management, detailing program specifics, learnings and insights
Be able to think outside the box to come up with novel ways of structuring pilot models, and ways of working to allow for successful testing and enable efficient scale
**This candidate must be located in San Francisco or Los Angeles and will be working 50 hrs/week.

The Creative Production Lead will be responsible for managing concept development, content production, and execution for comms programming rooted in pop culture that supports overarching communications goals and campaigns across social and press channels. Responsibilities below:
• Oversees the end-to-end process of concepting, content production shoots, to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Leads and manages a team of producers, directors, photographers, editors, and other production staff, providing direction, feedback, and support throughout the concepting and production process.
• Liaises with external vendors, including production companies, rental houses, and freelance talent, to secure necessary services and equipment for shoots.
• Ensures technical aspects of production, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing, meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Develops and manages production budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
• Develops and manages production schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Works closely with editors and post-production teams to review footage, provide feedback, and ensure final deliverables meet project requirements.
