Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of creative and marketing projects. This role will partner closely with copywriters, designers, marketers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to take projects from initial concepts through final delivery.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working through ambiguity, and skilled at bringing structure to creative processes. This person will manage timelines, workflows, priorities, and deliverables while ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. The role will also contribute to improving project management processes and systems as the team continues to evolve its workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage creative projects from initial concept and briefing through execution, review, approval, and final delivery.
Partner closely with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to establish timelines, priorities, deliverables, and project requirements.
Translate ambiguous or evolving concepts into clear project plans, actionable tasks, and defined deliverables.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
Maintain project workflows and ensure work moves efficiently through the appropriate systems and processes.
Collaborate with marketing and communications partners on materials including one-sheets, promotional emails, internal communications, PR materials, and other marketing collateral.
Facilitate communication between creative teams and business stakeholders, ensuring feedback is clearly communicated and incorporated.
